Who is Andrea?

Before being an independent consultant, Andrea Redmond spent 20 years with a highly regarded global executive search firm as Senior Partner and was co-head of the firm’s CEO and Board Services practice. Ms. Redmond served in a variety of additional leadership roles while with the firm. She co-led the Chicago office for over 6 years in which she had P&L responsibilities for the business which experienced significant growth and operating profits under her leadership. Additionally, Ms. Redmond was a founding member of the firm’s Global Professional Development Committee and later served as Chair of the firm’s Global Training Committee. Ms. Redmond was also twice elected to serve on the firm’s Executive Committee.

Ms. Redmond spent the previous five years with The First National Bank of Chicago and left that organization as an Assistant Vice President. She earned a Bachelor of Science from Northern Illinois University and a Master’s in Business Administration from George Williams College. Ms. Redmond serves on the Board of Directors of Children’s Memorial Hospital, Northwestern Memorial Hospital and LivingWell Cancer Resource Center. Ms. Redmond formerly served on the board of the mutual fund of Fisher Francis Trees & Watts a global fixed income portfolio management firm.
